There is no SIC program right now, it has always been something talked about but never put through.
We just hired several 500hr pilots, but I'm pretty sure they had internal recommendations. Can't hurt to apply and keep your resume updated if you meet the mins.

Do you think I should go ahead and apply with just the 470? I am on an internship currently haven't flown since December. Trying to line something up at the end of May.

I would include in your cover letter the timeframe when you expect to meet the mins. Then update your resume when you have 500.

Not for the caravan, but the 207 spots open up every so often. I think there is a spot available right now.
