It`s $21/hr, 70 guarantee.
If you give away lines, you lose $$$. If you pick up past 70 hrs, it adds up to your period base.
No per diem, except if you have to overnight somewhere for line coverage. Otherwise you`ll be back to your home base every night.

I had a sim interview a few weeks ago. It went well, I got the offer. It's a pretty straight forward process. My recommendation to anyone about to interview is go fly some approaches and departures in a simulator (AATD or better). Even if your instrument scan in strong you may want to get the touch of flying a sim since it is slightly different.
