Obviously, you need to do some more research because they don't have a single sea plane.

For what it's worth, I know guys with a bare commercial certificate to get jobs in Alaska, right seat in B1900s and Caravans. I know guys to get right seat jobs at Air Choice One which lead to left seat jobs, and I know guys who got their tailwheel endorsement and did glider towing and banner towing as their first job.

Most other beginner jobs start at 500 hours. I know a guy who got a crop duster job before he even finished his commercial certificate but he worked at the company for two years prior loading the planes with the chemicals.

Your mileage may vary. There are jobs out there for low timers if you don't want to CFI, but you have to show your face in person and expect to hear a lot of "come back when you have more time."

Go tow banners. You'll be sick of flying by the time the summer is done, and you'll have your hours.

You're shocked that nobody wants to hire you with less than 300 hours?

I would add skydiving to the banner towing suggestions. I have seen schools that will get you your CFI if ou commit to instruct for them for a period of time.

do a search online for cloud seeding and weather modification in Minnesota or Minneapolis area, I forgot which it was, but they were "looking" at the times you have.
Not for the faint of heart in terms or equipment you fly or weather conditions you fly in, but it's multi time. Good Luck and to add to the "get your CFI" note, LOTS of schools are offering CFI's sign on bonuses and other assistance perks these days.

Do you know of any schools besides Flight Safety that help commercial guys earn their CFI? Lots will help with CFII it seems.

I made 1K cash instructing over the past 2 weeks and that's on top of my normal flyin' gig. Several of my students hesitated getting that CFI, but none regretted it. It helped me keep food on the table while furloughed.

I don't see anywhere that he said anything about a PFT outfit.

Murfeesboro Aviation in TN is looking for 3 CFI's I saw yesterday. They will get you your CFII as a sort of "sign on" bonus. Sounded like a decent gig. I know one of their previous guys who just left for PSA.

CFI is the way to go and has been for 2 decades now. @ 800tt, start looking for something commercial and ALWAYS think next step.
Good luck-dont quit
