I used to fly for Lifeteam out of the McCook NE base. I'll give you a few basics then you can ask what ever questions you want.

PAY:FO/SIC= $24,000 PA , Capt/PIC= $45,000 PA
SHIFT: 12 hours on 12 hours off. 8am to 8pm
ROSTER: FO/SIC 10 Days on,5 days off. CAPT/PIC 8 on 6 off.
Hard based during shift at Airport base.Basically a house with your own room, with shared kitchen, laundry common area at the airport for your 12 hours on. For your 12 hours off there is a crew apartment in the town.

They fly a mix of Kingair C90s and C90Bs in all weather to small towns around the area to collect patients and transfer the larger cities and back to base empty. Generally the same 8 to 12 airports all the time. FO flys the empty leg back to base only but you can log it as multi PIC.

Warning.. As said before it's not a time building job. 150 to 200 hours is about it.

Spoke with the Chief Pilot on the phone today. He seemed like a friendly individual. Hope an FO position opens up in the near future.
