I'd highly recommend you to check out duty limits on Part 135 ops. On a typical Part 135 VFR operator, days off are a rare event.
What's more important is how sketchy they are with their maintenance, how much they are willing to bend the rules, how much you'll actually fly, and what they make you do when you don't fly.
They are far from jobs where you go to work for a couple of hours, and hang out at the beach in your pilot uniform picking up girls at your spare time.

Nice, I'm just a bit west in Lake Charles, flew over IYA today out of LFT. If there are any flying opportunities on weekends that pop up, Im always down to fly! Cheers

135 workload
Yes dera I know 135 regs let them work the **** out of you.
But a lot of 135 jobs I see advertised were something like 1 or ,2 weeks on then 1or 2, or some variation of that, or an on call thing. I did see some 135 that made a big point of saying 2 days off per week. But these jobs did require like 2 thousand hours or ATP, so I didn't apply.
I assume the starting out 135s have a lot ****tier pay and schedule going for them, but you never know. I would love a 2 on 2 off like hageland but in the carribean.

Carribean
I haven't even seen any carribean jobs advertise that didn't need an atp and a bunch of hours and turbine multi.
Well I did see a couple, but they were in the Antilles and you needed an Antilles licence so that seems like a European pilot thing.
