For how many months? I guess this would come from hiring a bunch of guys with R-ATP who need to get the extra time? Or there was a lag in training getting FOs through for a couple months like two years ago?

6x premium for captains soon. I know they are pushing some people through training rapidly... I assume so they can go right to upgrade...

For folks hired in the last 12 months and in the system now and experiencing training delays, the timeline projections to upgrade are roughly:

Prior Airline transition folks are taking about 9 months from Indoc start to complete SOE for training before they roll back in to upgrade.

NH non prior airline ATP eligible FOs are looking at 18-22 months from Indoc to upgrade (if they’re awarded right around 1000hrs SIC and 2500TT and need the full 1000hrs SIC with Piedmont).

R-ATP and MTP eligible pilots are looking at upto 33-36 month from Indoc to upgrade (based on needing 1750 to bring them from as low as 750TT to 2500TT w/ 1000 121 SIC).

Ratp and not can now be awarded at 2000 hours, 1000 121 abs 250 pdt... cutting it down by about 8 months..
