For how many months? I guess this would come from hiring a bunch of guys with R-ATP who need to get the extra time? Or there was a lag in training getting FOs through for a couple months like two years ago?

Prior Airline transition folks are taking about 9 months from Indoc start to complete SOE for training before they roll back in to upgrade.
NH non prior airline ATP eligible FOs are looking at 18-22 months from Indoc to upgrade (if they’re awarded right around 1000hrs SIC and 2500TT and need the full 1000hrs SIC with Piedmont).
R-ATP and MTP eligible pilots are looking at upto 33-36 month from Indoc to upgrade (based on needing 1750 to bring them from as low as 750TT to 2500TT w/ 1000 121 SIC).
