Looks like we are super short on fos.. scheduling is starting to offer the world to them... this summer is getting interesting abs we are only finishing week 2.

Yeah, there are 6 more lines than active FO for PHL. Wonder what the deal for TDY CLT fo will be?

Nah, training will get at least 6 guys on the line just in time to fly that. Hahaha yeah I need a drug test.

We will see.. they are using a lot of instructors out flying to cover right... so training efficiency is vey very low.

Everytime a resignation comes in... it's like a pin drop in sby. We lose several more people next week due to the flow...

In a company with the longest training pipeline in the industry that is some master level kamikaze stuff right there.

What is the harm in simply canceling flights until they can fill the slots?

Lol Ostrich sticking its head in the sand is the image that comes to mind... Gotta love how responsive they are at looking ahead and planning for things.

Canceling flights due to crew is suicide for a wo... tough for managenent to explain and justify their existence...

They cancel sims all the time and send instructors flying at times of critical staffing.
