I doubt it’ll be quick but I bet we continue to see at least one new plane a month at a minimum for a long time.

Just the MRJs? I heard we are buying Transstates. No merger, TSA pilots will be offered preferential interviews at PDT.

According to the union folks there’s been zero talks of flow increases, pay increases etc. on the horizon... without those it’s going to be long uninteresting road, especially with a large portion of new hires leaving before their first year flying the line.

Skywest pays FOs $16/hr more than PDT max FO pay
Endeavor FOs are making as much as PDT year 2/3 CAs

Unless the goal is to have a 1:1 ratio of spare aircraft laying around for when the ones flying break, don’t see PDT getting adequate staffing for 90 aircraft long term unless AAG loosens purse strings.
