So, roughly 2 to outside attrition.
We are due to lose some of the more senior guys who opted to not flow this year due to retirement though. However, this wouldn’t improve the speed of a pilots flow necessarily.

Endeavor 2nd yr CRJ 200 FO rate= $56/hr
Piedmont first year 145 captain rate= $58/hr
Piedmont 12 year 145 Captain rate = $93/hr
Envoy 12 year 145 Captain rate = $89/hr
Endeavor 12 year CRJ 200 Captain rate= $107/hr
