Also in regards to the union, Bruce is gone next month, and the holidays are nearly upon us so expect everything to be at a standstill and stagnant from both the company and union side. Honestly, you will not hear anything (maybe) until next summer when flying picks back up and PDT does not have enough pilots to cover it and scrambles and wonders how that could have ever happened.

That's my point. The company will continue to kick the can down the road until next summer. They have no current incentive to make any changes if everything is working from their perspective. They are not pro-active, they are re-active, and history has shown that.
