Are you aware of what the QOL is currently like at PDT? And what did the recruiters tell you it would be for flow? If they’re still saying five years, know that it’s more like seven to eight in reality for a new hire today.

Indoc (5 days) and systems (2.5 weeks) are in CLT. We have sims in numerous locations, including CLT. The delays in training may change depending on when your class date is but they've been pretty consistent for about a year. Currently the delay between Indoc and systems is about 3 months and the delay between systems and sims is 1-6 weeks. All in all, most have been completing SOE within 7-9 months from their first day of indoc.

So far I have heard good things about PDT. Low reserve time, fairly easy commute from my home, and upgrade time to CA are all positives. The flow to AA is nice, but not one of my primary considerations.

Yes, your seniority with the company begins on day one of Indoc. You are paid 75 hours per month at the first year hourly rate while in training, this includes when sitting at home.

No, it doesn't include the bonus. If you're coming in without prior 121 you should get $6200 of the bonus in your first paycheck, before taxes. The ATP-CTP is done sometime before Indoc as you'll need to have passed your ATP written in order to start. Most do the class within the month prior to Indoc.

They definitely do. They schedule your ATP CTP, and pay for it. They're just saying that it has to be done before they send you to indoc
