Not gonna lie, I'm getting LS vibes here.

The guy who claimed his headboard at his hotel hit his head in training in CLT so he couldn't complete the 145 transition, went on leave of absence, and was fired for hitting the cumulative limit on leave of absence from his entire Piedmont career.

How's that lawsuit working out for you?

PS: If anyone has that photo from the FB group, it's hilarious.

Sorry to say it but no one was out to get you. Good time to reflect on how you should do things differently going forward. Then move on and find a good truck driving school and try your hand at that. Gotta take responsibility for your own actions and shortcomings. Good luck.

Default 1500hr pilot

Why would I come to this airline when within two years I can be holding on average 15 days off at PSA or Envoy or any other operator? It's a hard sell on the flow because it's near the same as those two. I have seen the schedules. Even lifers end up with only 14 days off because that's the best the schedules get!? Who in their right mind will continuously do effectively 2 off 4 on schedules. Why don't you use an electronic system for scheduling like PSA or Envoy? Also what makes this company so special that they have a 90 minute call out. Every other airline I have looked at has 2 hours standard. My biggest question is why should my warm body come to Piedmont when everything is sub industry standard? I don't care what I fly, I don't care what destinations I fly to, but I care about QOL like many humans and it looks like Piedmont lacks that.

2 hour call out is coming next month hopefully. The union has been successful recently with some small QOL improvements, but PDT still has a long way to go to even be close to the rest of the industry. Better schedules with transparency on all fronts should be one of the first topics of negotiations going forward.

Please, before you ask me, take the time to review this link https://www.airlinepilotcentral.com/...dmont_airlines and our website Piedmont Airlines > Home. Both of these have good information on what Piedmont offers!
Ask away!
1. When is the next interview
2. How long from interview to beggining of training/indoc
3. What kinds of reserve in PHL and what is the duration on each reserve
4. Can one choose base
5. Can one fly for free him and his family on Piedmont and other airlines and which ones
6. How long till upgrade
7. Would aviation interview guage be enough to study from for the interview
Thank you

You sound like a bot trying to convince us you’re a human.

The fact that Piedmont doesn’t use PBS is just about the only thing that is okay about the schedules there. PBS allows the company to schedule you as efficiently as possible. That’s in their favor. The fight should be for min 13 days off or a duty rig. True min day. PBS will be a disaster for piedmont without some drastic protections put in place
