Long Call Reserve
“We're more than seven weeks into this pandemic”
Seven weeks and still no word on long call reserve. Either the union or the company is dragging their feet. My money is on the company dragging this out
Anyone else getting tired of the same copy and paste emails from the union? Come on guys you can communicate better or at least answer the phones

But, but, but, but wait!!! There's a new button on the website for "requesting" last out / first out on reserve!!!! No way of knowing if that is actually followed or if seniority matters or just basic logic, but hey! There is a shiny new button to give you a sense of false hope! Imagine if there was a real life online transparent system that everyone could see and monitor, ya know, like every other airline has....
Jokes aside, I assume it is the company dragging their feet. They probably "want" something in return for giving the pilot group the "luxury" of an industry standard thing like long call reserve.

I would imagine the same would happen if they were overwhelmed with “where am I in the reserve sequence” calls.
They don’t seem to make proactive decisions, but if crew scheduling was overwhelmed, I bet they would build a section to view the reserve roster and who is last out etc.

There probably could be soon. You see how quickly they created a last out button when they were getting overwhelmed with last out calls.

LCR was floated around as a future agenda item last year, but obviously wasn't as high of a priority as it is now. Who knows when or if it will be implemented.
