Serious question. PDT is not a huge airline. Have any of you on here flown with this delta bravo? What is he actually like to fly with?

i’m not sure that it matters. If there anything is anything that this country and the media has taught us this last few years, it’s that we can totally judge someone by what they put out there on the Internet.

Yeah don't remind me about it. Twice a year I'm looked at and into.

I flew with him when he was an FO. Good pilot. Didn’t have the internet presence he has now. Made it a point to tell me he’s be at AA as soon as he upgraded because of his dad and his relationship with a CP at AA.

Everyone is saying stuff like this, but the reality of the situation is that nothing negative has happened to him except the hit his reputation took in the real-life aviation world

AA still has around 1600 pilots to recall if I’m not mistaken, most likely will file Chapter 11 and come out of this pandemic a smaller airline. Not to mention the fact that he may have to interview again...if and when that happens. He’s thrown a hand grenade into his career chances since then. But yea, he’s got Piedmont for now. This dude will never find find favor among his peers again. Imo, that’s the harshest punishment of it all.

The sad truth is that he still might get hired early (outside his flow) and that would not surprise me. Clearly there was no punishment for him other than getting another slap on the wrist from management. I can’t wait to see what his next “aviation” type of post on his social media is though. Currently he’s been deleting any negative comments and flat out blocking all the meme accounts on insta that have been poking fun at him.

None of us are furloughed, about 1200 need to be trained and many of us will only require a short course. Pretty much every analyst says no short to medium term risk of bankruptcy, which makes sense with 15 billion in liquidity with a floor of about 8 billion to trigger filing. Bet we have new hire classes spring 2022.

Also bet nothing negative happens to him

Yep, I am not sure why so many people think this will get him fired. He clearly showed he is a tool, but he has a very small internet presence of, mostly 15 to 20 year old wanna be pilots and girls with a crush on his six pack. He didn't go on TV and criticize his own company or parent. All he did was go on his lightly watched You Tube channel and criticize the competition. Maybe some type of discipline from the union but doubtful he cares. His worst punishment will likely be the cold shoulder treatment from the small amount of pilots who know about the video and actually give a crap.
