An unauthorized aircraft entered restricted airspace over the U.S. Capitol in Washington, DC., Saturday, prompting an evacuation of the Capitol.
The inbound aircraft, a Piedmont Airlines flight from Hilton Head, S.C., was first spotted in the restricted airspace at 1:30 p.m. As a precautionary measure, buildings were evacuated and secured, said the U.S. Capitol Police in an email.
I think they entered P56.

Amen brother. It's amazing how easy it is to make the most "powerful" country in the world run scared.
And a note to the crack squad of geniuses in charge of security and the airspace in and around D.C.: If you are evacuating a building (especially one the size of the Capitol building) AFTER an aircraft penetrates P-56, it is too late. You have failed.
