Word slowly drifting around Charlotte is the the Flight Ops side of Piedmont has a limited lifespan ... two years, three years, maybe.
Piedmont may end up being a company of ramp workers and gate agents while their pilots may end up being a part of the new PSA contract.
There is nothing factual about this, just speculation I've heard by some folks privy to information.
Something to think about before accepting a job with Piedmont ... as a pilot.

Go to the gym, work on confidence.
This is a regional job, if you know how to fly an airplane and aren't a douchebag you should do fine. Just work on being someone they think is trainable and not annoying.
This should help at ALL regional airlines.
