Default Layover Workout Tips

What kind of exercises do you guys do when you're too lazy to get dressed and go to a workout room?

I currently do pushups, pushups with feet on bed, crunches, and curl my heavy flight case. Decent results, and didn't even have to leave my room.

I'm sure there are other cool techniques out there. Anybody care to share some? Thx

Here are a few:

-Do squats, carrying your luggage in your arms as weight.

-Do jump squats without weighted object (taking care not to bother those beneath you)

-Curl the desk chairs or coffee table chairs, or sit on the bed and do overhead presses with them. Can also use your flight case.

-Incline pushups, holding onto chair railings.

I carry with me TNT cables for workouts inside my hotel room// you can find them here http://www.performbetter.com/Detail....tegoryID_E_361

They fit right into your overnight bag and weigh next to nothing.

Such exercise can be extremely hazardous to SWA pilots' long-term wealth. And emotional health.

See it all the time.

I'm pretty sure the above only applies if you catch them. Chasing is still considered exercise.

Unfortunately, that is very true.

There is a pretty good set of rubber band cables at Wally World for 13.00 Comes w/ 3 bands, handles, and a mesh bag to carry in. Fits in the front pocket of my overnight bag.
