Any insight on how tough the commute from the Florida panhandle is? I’m going to be stuck down there for at least a year. Currently have an October class date.

I will be moving to the Charleston area next year. I have 1000 121 SIC and am considering going to PSA for the immediate upgrade. How long to hold CLT?

2 years to hold it as a reserve, 4.3 years to hold a line.

Thanks. Which base would I likely hold initially as a new CA?

Right now seems like new classes are getting DCA and PHL

A lot of RTP (Military Rotor) guys love Down in that area and commute to both CLT and DCA. But you have options out of PNS, VPS, ECP and even MOB on PSA metal.

Talking with a ground instructor this morning, looks like over 30 new hires started class again today. This will make 5 classes in a row with 30 new hires.

What are we doing with all of these pilots? We only lose about 30 a month, but 60 start class.

We’re growing a lot more than what’s required. This is why reserve times have been increasing for the past year.

We’re also upgrading 32 pilots a month when we only need about 15-20. This includes accounting for flows, outside attrition, and aircraft deliveries.
