My Name is Lisa Olsen, DAY OPS Coordinator. My office is located offsite at PSA Corporate HDQ next to the Learning Center, hours are M-F 0800-1700. Below you will find information that will help you in DAY along with codes for other bases.
Crew Room & Quiet Room Location:
Concourse A across from Gate A18

Quiet room is located inside the crew room
Parking Pass Information:
To obtain a DAY parking pass you must apply in person. Please call or email prior to coming to obtain a parking pass. Employee Parking lot is located on Cargo Rd, the entrance is on the left after the Air Traffic Control Tower. Failure to return the Parking Pass after a domicile change is a $50.00 charge via payroll deduction.

At least you aren't one of the FOs who were forced to upgrade to CA, then given SCR in Norfolk. It was considered voluntary, so no allowances were given. So you're stuck commuting to reserve, and no per diem or hotels.
QOL for those who have lives and families in other cities could hardly get much worse. Especially if they live somewhere that is not a hub city. Then it's a two leg commute to reserve!
Adding insult to injury, your ($250) commuter hotel allowance cannot be applied to a crash pad that you so badly need...

Yes you can always have it worse, but it still sucks.
