What is the current reserve time for new hire FO's in CLT & DCA?

I'm a 7/31 hire and i'm still on reserve in DCA. I'm probably 4 or 5 spots out from long call. Classmates in CLT who are lower seniority are getting long call and build up lines. Hope that helps.

Once they open up and man the two new bases, it will probably decrease the time to a line, you think? With all those extra lines there's sure to be a shorter wait to get one.

Thanks for the info. If your DOH is 7/31, when did you finish training and get to your base? I know there is an airline term for that, but I am a military pilot making the transition and a newbie to airline speak.

A good deal of the flying in the new bases is supposedly being taken from CLT, at least initially. This could lead to a slight increase in reserve times if lines actually disappear from CLT. Hard to know with summer coming right behind the base openings.

A great deal of the 700/900 flying from the outstations (CVG, TYS, and DAY) looks a lot like CLT flying. The 200 flying tends to be mostly DCA turns with only the originator and terminator at another crew base.
