Okay, so 150 days is what requires it. I wasn’t sure when it was required, just that I was past that and had to do the whole thing.

Hello, I was wondering if I could get a few answers, here is my situation. I am about to complete my LOE with a 3 way codeshare flying in the 121 world. I have 1 hour turbine but no real life 121 experience. 6 days after completion of my LOE I have a CJO with PSA. I cannot justify it anymore to have this certain company, which once used to be the top carrier in the NE, delay the pay update that would significantly increase my QOL and reduce my debt so I’m deciding to go to some place better.
Reasons for that… I got assigned a base that is hard to commute to, and has 180 FO’s (and growing) to 60-70 CA’s. I don't see my self getting want is said to be the most junior PSA base any time soon. Pay is the lowest out of all the regionals. Lastly, FO’s that got hired day 1 of 2022 are still having a hard time getting out of said base and getting to flying. My friend is repeating IOE due to this issue.
I have no issue going through training again due to the fact that I am already in the training mentality and would like to learn as much as I can. I haven’t had any failure or retrain events due to the fact that I am a hard and efficient study.
I have some questions that I would want to get answered by my future colleagues if possible.
How long is the PSA training timeline at this point. Would someone be able to provide me with a timeline? InDoc-> Security-> Systems -> System integration training -> Sims-> Loe-> Ioe?
Would you be able to rank the most junior bases and how likely I would be able to get each one?
How likely is it to drop reserve days and pick up open time(traded routes).
Is there any way to cancel airport reserve if we live 15-10 minutes from a base?
Thank you for all of the guidance in advance, I hope I’m not asking too much. I look forward to working & flying with all of you diligent and safe pilots!

You will not fly many hours at Republic anytime soon so you must plan/budget 75 guarantee at 46/hr or $3450/mth before taxes. This budgeting concept you should use at every airline you ever work at!
Good Luck.

I read through the AQP training guide and the FOM in comply and I didn't see anything about doing the KV again if consolidation doesn't happen. The only thing I saw was that its the MV and LOE over again. After that, you get 120 days to get 100 hours all over again and it doesn't count the hours gained from IOE. How is that even possible? If someone doesn't make the time line with all those hours flown on IOE, how are they suppose to make it from 0 while all on reserve?

If you have to go back to the sims to reset your consolidation time it was a Proficiency Check back in the day, no KV. It should be just a MV/LOE now.
If you get reset on consolidation, the company (Training Department) will be tracking you and they will make sure you get it done. You will already be done with IOE so you will be an available reserve the whole time of the new 120 day period. So not only are you flyable after a reset, you will also be able to pick up a trip to help yourself get hours if your schedule has open space.
