Posting just one outlier (whose existence I'm not questioning) doesn't tell the whole picture, according to data that the scheduling committee sporadically puts out, we should be just shy of 19 hours for an average 4 day.

That said, since no one in the union seems to care about pushing out real data lately (the above is two months ago) who the hell knows. Lord knows the Company aint gonna do it.

Love that everyone still pretends that TR was just super crafty and did everything to get that LOA passed while the rest of the MEC was in the dark and had no clue. Either stupidity or incompetence.

Eh, KS and DF both let TR think he was a lot more crafty than he is. Now they’re paying the price for that, or rather scheduling is making them pay a price for that.

But also don’t forget it was guys like ST, RB, and JD that were in a position to vote in garbage like LOA 14, in addition to Senior Manning.

They've got some skin in the game too, but he was the MEC chair, and by all accounts, a POS.

So was there no MEC vote to approve the garbage LOA that everyone loves to treat TR as a scapegoat for?

Not an outlier. So far since my return from furlough I’ve had 1 trip per month in my original bid award that has been over a 16 hour 4-day. Then it’s a scramble in SAP to try to get anything better. I’ve been ending up with 65 hour lines with 12-14 days off not, not by choice, but by mostly that’s all that’s available…unless I want 10 days off. I used to be able to get 75-80 hours with 15-18 days off with just a little effort in SAP. That seems to have gone away and all that’s ever in SAP is 16 and less hour 4-days.

We're not talking about a pilot vote, but a union executive council vote. The agreements they like to blame TR for were all voted in unanimously by the various members of the executive council.

At any point they could have voted no and stood up for the pilots, but I it's easier to just fall in line then use TR as the scapegoat to avoid accountability.

Yeah I think trip rigs, duty rigs, and a better min day are the only ways we'll ever see efficient trip building here. It needs to cost the company money to build low credit trips.
