Default LCA monthly guarantee?

Does anyone know if PSA LCA's are being guaranteed more than the "standard" 75 hours per month, please?

Left in May, but it was guaranteed 75. Also to note the LCA override only applied to the flying where LCA duties were being conducted.

Thanks!

Somewhere in several discussions (with several folks in PSA recruiting) there was an off-handed mention of LCA's being guaranteed 90 hour lines. And yup, it's *entirely possible* that I just misunderstood something, so the clarification was very much appreciated.

It could have changed with the contract, again I left in May. I was on reserve my entire time as a LCA and the guarantee was only 75.

As a former LCA who left in May; you bid schedules the same way as any other line pilot. You were only paid LCA override when you were conducting LCA duties (lately that was 100% of my schedule due to the amount of training).

the only instructors/evaluators who were making a higher min guarantee were sim check airman and APDs.

Not sure what it is now with the new pay rates. It was 3-5 weeks for most of my students earlier this year.

Just flew with a captain who upgraded in April and he waited 2 months for IOE. We have a lot more LCA’s now so that wait will be coming down dramatically since they will all stay for that money.

Smile Just got the nod to join PSA

Had a question regarding the new premium pay. On the web site, the pay shows a positive upward pay rate but when you plug in values in their calculator the rate goes down for year 3-5. Can someone please let me know about this. Is the premium rate only good until 2024 then it returns to a moderate rate (less) than it is to get pilots in.
6/22 6/23 6/24
Example $146.25 $150.00 $153.75

Thanks for any information.
