How is the training now??
There was a disgruntled former PSA pilot who started a website dedicated to how bad it was.
And at my previous shop there were 2 I knew of who made it all the way to checkride day and then quit because they knew they were being set up for failure.

Currently at DCA it looks like FO's sit SCR for 3-4 months. They are forcing upgrades, par for the course these days at any regional.
