Had the same thing happen to me. Do not go to CTP without a firm Indoc start date. PSA pushed my class from 1/15 to 2/26. They asked if I wanted to keep my original 1/3 CTP date. I said yes thinking they make me a priority for Indoc. That was not the case as they pushed me into April. I ended up getting offers at two other regionals that suit me better. I just now owe PSA 5K for the CTP course. Maybe having CTP done got me more interviews. We'll never know. I wouldn't do the PSA sponsored CTP unless you're sure you wanna go there.

PSA should also give you the choice to do CTP closer to Indoc. I would ask them to delay the CTP.

Considering people who signed CJOs in October are now just getting April/May class dates, it might be awhile. I'd keep applying elsewhere. Do not put all your apples in PSA's basket.

I hate to apply somewhere else because I’m in the cadet program and I took the tuition reimbursement of 15k, and I’m not trying to pay that back unless you know a better way if I get hired somewhere else lol

All it takes are a few DECs and high time FOs, and you're pushed 4-6 months. Understandable, but can really throw your plans off. The waiting game sucks.
