Default What to Expect for CBR

Hey guys, I’m a pilot at another regional trying to help mentor a friend into his 121 career. He has his PSA Cadet Program board of review in the next couple weeks, I was hoping you guys can offer insight on what he should expect to take place during it and if there’s any additional preparation he should do beforehand. Really appreciate the advice.

I have not had mine yet, but from my research, I have gleaned it is a relatively quick affair where you are reviewing your logbook and ATP or rATP eligibility with a Captain. I will say the new rule is 65% of your qualifying time for ATP/rATP must be logged as dual given. I have a friend who flew 135 in Alaska and only had a few hundred hours of dual given and he was dropped from the program. I am interested to see any current PSA folks chime in here with more information.

If you have 60%+ of your time building as dual given, the CRB is cake. Mine was less than 10 mins to check all my times.
