Does anyone knows which base is junior right now and what is the expected reserve time for a new hire?

If you want day or tys you could probably get it. if you want clt you'll have to wait a month or so.. Roughly half the guys from the April class got clt on the last award.

Probably over qualified. What is you turbine pic in? You might qualify for a major hence they dont think they will get their moneys worth out of you before you leave.

Unfortunately this is probably the case. We don't have to sign a training contract and they are probably worried that you would split once you are able to say that you are employed at a 121 carrier.

1000PIC turbine. I mean if a major offered me a job while I was at a regional I would probably take it depending on a LOT of factors like which company, location, pay etc etc etc. That being said, nobody knows what the majors will hire at in the next few months/years. I'm having a hard time finding people that will tell me whether or not to stay 135 and get 400hours PIC jet a year or go 121 and get 800SIC.

False. Guaranteed you are an attractive candidate from what you have said. Qualified is hard to find these days. Maybe they are just backed up?

Screw PSA, why don't you look at some expat gigs in Asia? Even if you don't want to live in China there are still plenty of other gigs in nice and decent areas.

Probably the best advice I have read on these forums in a longtime (except any advice that involves the massive consumption of alcohol, ofcourse).

Anyone have any info on when PSA might schedule the next class if any? I know the last class started on the 24th of June. I've been treading water for a month now and just wondering.
