Yes I've been in this game for 13 years. And like I said, I can't blame them if they take concessions. And I probably would too if I was at pdt. Payback's a female dog.

The jets were going to PSA no matter what. It was a well played strategy that got concessions from all three airlines. ALPA watched it happen, namely Chris Beebe and his under-nose dead animal along with the rest of the AAA MEC.

I'm not Roger Cohen but if you were addressing me with that comment I would only think less of you and probably your peers as well for being unable to grasp simple grammar or overcome autocorrect.

Someone on Eagle lounge said they heard last night they said no and also that the Piedmont guys are expecting a visit from Dougie and friends toward the end of the week.

Think Skywest didn't want that AA feed? They have a smart CEO not willing to work on such tight margins.

I did, however, intern at Chautauqua in summer 2004 and helped write the very first E170 ops manual there...which was more or less a word-for-word copy of MidAtlantic's manual with a different logo at the top of the page. Those initial RAH E170s were were to be flown exclusively for United Express with J4J captains.
To answer your question...I believe RAH started operating E170s for US Airways in 2005, after purchasing MidAtlantic assets which helped AAA/AWA generate cash before their merger was finalized. But I could be wrong...

I don't, nor have I ever, flown for RAH; my regional experience came flying at Air Wisconsin.

I do not know when RAH began US Airways Express ops with E170s...did it have to do with the AAA/AWA merger and purchase of MidAtlantic assets in 2005 as part of emergence from Chapter 11, or were there E170s in Airways colors prior to that?

Truth is PSA is small with most guys at 6-8 years longevity and thus cost significantly less then most.
