Sure! that's why we are discussing the matter, who do you think came up wih this BS deal? Parker? NO! mr Erjf15 it was the accountant the people who control the money genius. That's why I said basic economics, supply and demand. Demand for pilots is so high right now that no one can staff their fleet. PSA didn't realize that when they vote yes. No more 250hr pilots flooding the industry which drives demand down, now that we are in demand we should be asking for 100 BILLION DOLLARS �� If eagle eagle votes NO trust me no one else can fill that order not PDT, PSA, RAH, SKW, MESA, TRANS, So make sure you counter offer and ask for 100 BILLION DOLLARS ��

I still cannot understand why some no voters want this to go to the pilots for a vote. If the union has predominantly NO then that's where it needs to end, and for all the no voters who want this to go to the pilots think of all the spineless out there who are yes voters who will drive us into the ground while they sit back and retire in a few years/ and or upgrade get their time and GTFO.
Here's another genius idea, let's let a company who knowingly and willfully violates our current contract have that opportunity for another 10 years with no amendment round. We really are our own worst enemies.

The No voters you reference are only on forums but are truly either yes voter, alpa stooge or management stooge. It is a s simple as that.
True NO voters want it stopped at the MEC board. All the rest are useless union members.

They want the MEC to vote it down because it allows for Zero % Chance of failure. Sending it out to a vote creates a higher chance of it getting goofed up even with a majority No vote. It's saying well we will have to tweak it to get it to pass! If the MEC fail it, than its saying were not even close, go away, we don't need to be in negotiations.
Are you going to bring it to your personal attorney and make sure you understand it the way it is written? Are you going to go to a Federal Judge and ask him how many different ways this can be contested in court? What is 100% certain is you will lose money.

I was recently criticized for being a NO by a YES FO who is upgrading to get pic and leave which makes me the bad guy possibly being on 4 year pay for awhile.
Either way it's all good, they'll just park the airplanes to guarantee mine as well as everyone else's career progression to AA.
