Commutair is not a bad deal if you like the northeast and the dash. So........ you may not have it as bad as you think you do. |

I find it amusing that USAirways just posted more record profits. I'm sure we had nothing to do with that though. So yeah. You keep drinking that company kool-aid and getting your little friends to come work here. Best of luck to you.

This industry was screwed up long before you and I got into it and will be screwed up long after we are gone.Most of the regional operators that are around now never imagined themselves as big as they are now 15 -20 years ago. Couldn't and didnt handle growth and compensation properly and it snowballed into the cluster we have today.To constantly blame people today for mistakes that have been years in the making is insane to me.

The rates are correct but are capped at 12yr step for CA and 4yr for FO. 401K looks good
