Lol! Is that a joke? Has it really gotten to the point of bonuses to anyone who helps someone get hired there?

Personally I would need the $1000 for therapy after referring someone to this place. I just hope they could forgive me for doing so.

Offer is still open if any one needs info on PSA. We are still hiring like gangbusters. I will look over your resume and if qualified will send in a referral.

Referring people you haven't met... Doesn't that kind of dilute the impact of your referral.

"I don't know this guy, but he knows how to use spell check. I think we should hire him!"

Who are you kidding Comair8904? Your going to refer everybody to try to grab that extra 1000 bucks HAHAHAHA if qualified? HAHAHAHA

What a bunch of sellouts. I thought i was wh*re in this business but these guys are taking the cake. Giving out phone numbers for referrals and bragging about SAP and schedules on here like little rainbow children.

I see and understand your point. A majority of these new hired are prior 121 as well so that's an attractive aspect for them.

So, most captains are min time first officers desperate for a job? Great! How much can I make when the music stops in five years and your flow through agreement is taking 400 pilots per year? What IS your flowthrough agreement? I heard you're the old Jetstream international, long known as a sweatshop; true? If I hire on today with my 1500 hours, and then retire in 20 years stuck in your planes, how much retirement do I get?
Enquiring minds want to know.

Dog Pedro, since you are an almighty and know it all. Tell me where is the place to go. Tell us the holy grail of aviation. Because last I check everybody complain even at their own company. Furthermore, PSA is not far behind of most regionals.
Endeavor caps at 4 years with lower pay for FO's
GoJet caps at 4 years and even less pay
Mesa is even worse
TranState is pretty much the same as PSA
AE or Envoy is really close to PSA and Upgrade is Never
Republic at 4 years and less money
And Xjet is not far behind but you dont even know if they will be around in 2 years. So, enlighten us on you expertise on judging people and airlines. Im pretty sure it will be a lot of fun.

Mesa pilots and their terrible negotiated pay rates have no room to talk. No one at PSA is bragging about our scheduling rules and soft pay, just trying to provide insight to prospective new hires.
