Same thing.

Lol. You're obviously not on Eaglelounge...

Tomorrow starts a class of 34.

I'm honestly looking for data. Envoy MEC can only say, "to our knowledge they have a 50% failure rate."

I don't buy it. Just as I don't buy that other airlines can't staff.

It was in the high 80's last I heard and that was around June. I've been asking the new FOs and they've all said that most instructors are good and actually there to help the new hires. 6.5 years ago, my class had a 40% wash out rate.

Management is hiring everyone and any one with a pilot license and time requirement and then they are weeding them out in training. This was told to me by a ground instructor with psa.

It's still an 80% pass rate according to training's stats last month.

So 20% washout rate.
That's a far cry from what the envoy pilots are being told.

LOL'd and this surprise you? envoy pilots have been misled for a long time.

Not surprised at all. I just wanted to hear from some of the horses mouths.

That's kinda funny right there. People post all kinda of stuff, numbers as high as 80%. You get the post you want and cherry pick it like "SEE! I KNEW it! The union was lying!"

Aaaaaaand right behind you is RichardJPilot. Classic.
