Eagle is being downsized by a larger number than PSA has airplanes. How was it an empty threat. All (American) would have to do is let Eagle keep their aircraft and wipe PSA off the map.

They have given us at Eagle so many "last, best final offers" that I've lost count, yet here they are bugging us for a deal again! One bluff after the next. That's how Jerry Glass works. It is also proof that they do need us and we do have leverage. Your turd TA is a done deal, "enjoy the shiny airplanes and go away until the next amendable round" type of arrangement. According to someone very much in the know, the company is hesitant to make us a good offer in part because they know once you gullible idiots see it, you will be upset. What does that tell you about your deal that you locked yourselves into?
