When Envoy pilots start trying to commute to ORD or DFW on a PSA CRJ-700 most guys will not deny PSA the jumpseat anymore.

Oh that's not going to happen. Hub to hub has to be done by mainline. That's why MIA - CLT has transitioned from embraers to 320's and PHX - LAX is transitioning to mainline (only 3 a day left on CRJs)

For example:
Air Wisconsin flies between PHL-CLT and DCA-PHL
Mesa flies from LAX-PHX
At United you see this all over the place as well.
I wouldn't be surprised to see PSA and Piedmont planes from hub to hub in the future , specially Piedmont with the embraers.

He means commuting to DFW or ORD from outstations in which RJs operate (BNA-ORD for ex).
