Where do you want pilots to go? MESA, who has been a bottom feeder for years and took airplanes from AAG when PSA voted no? SkyWest that doesn't even have a union?

It will be a good day when all of the regionals will not be able to staff their airplanes. But, for now, if you have previous 121 time, you will be making $63+/hr within 6 months at PSA. That isn't too bad for first year regional pay.

Yes not being part of a union is worth not going to a regional, even tho that regional is one of the top performers with a record of never furloughing anyone...yup..the union that has done so much for envoy and comair and isn't playing for both teams is totally worth it

As expected, most junior CA upgrade is Nov 10, 2014 class.
