Not going to happen. People here are way smarter than that.

PSA has a full flow now... It doesn't say it specifically.. But how can you muff up 2 guaranteed interviews where they tell you what you did wrong

I had one trade that I needed for my schedule next month, and after submitting it at at 17:00:15 or so, I got an approval about 90 min later.

So next month (with a week of vacation) I'm 20 days off (16 in a row) with 75 hours credit.

Does the SAP need to be improved? Absolutely, the company is getting away with some BS. Is it broken? Not exactly.

Exactly. Even at its worse people are still able to get what they need. Can you get the super awesome trades and schedules like you use to? Not so much, but all it takes for that to come back is to just fix the system so it doesn't take forever for approval. How much pestering of the company will it take for that to happen? No clue. But bad SAP still is way better than no SAP.

1. Not ours, In fact our corporate department treat us 10X better than any airline out there.

2. If you were referring to eny, then yes. I did my time for 20yrs there and knew better. You were the ones that spreaded your buttoxs for shiny new CRJ's that can't staff.

How about dropping down to 65hrs? Is that still able to be done with the SAP? I realize that most pilots are still eligible for welfare at 75 hours, im just curious if you absolutely needed some very specific time off, could you still drop a trip or two in order to get down to 65 without a lot of problems?

Corporate dept treats you great? I'm sure you have to go in and do company bullshyt office work and be on call with no to little hard days off a month. Just wait until they have a bad year in business. You (pilots) are the first to go.
