They're trying to get to LCC with minimal qol impact from their crappy regional. Now when you say lifer I'm assuming, senior FOs. We don't have lifer FOs at my regional.

Maybe they are lifer FO's for reasons other than choice. Maybe they should stay that way for the passengers sake.

Guys with 10+ years as an FO, who could have decent QOL and high seniority in the most senior base as Captains. AnotherEagleGuy probably addressed part of it.
