Well, I'd check the contract on the whole building seniority thing. I think you might just lose longevity for pay by taking a month of leave.

Full disclosure I haven't looked this up.

The FO LOA Offer is true. Aside from that, I have never seen so many Rumor *****s in my entire career. Which started before most of you were born!!

Speaking from the PSA side, I think that is reasonable. Some people need to learn candor and professionalism the hard way. I can go with that.

Just remember that 99% of the pilot group are decent human beings. But I will not lose any sleep if those guys have a tough time riding with you all.
