Hopefully those ad's will be gone soon. I hope he can sue the company.
For a company that likes to fire pilots over the social media policy, this is quite ironic.

Or he is now regretting his responses, and seeing how pathetic he looks.

Yes he did have better QOL and all as a senior FO, but that isn't why he bypassed. He tried once, and failed. Was too cocky during upgrade and it cost him. PSA's policy is if you fail a second time it is at the discretion of the company if you keep or lose your job. So he didn't wanna chance it and stayed put for the SSP/Flow. Personally don't like the guy. How many times did he post on the Facebook page to let people know he was flowing or did flow? Like rubbing it into the pilots faces.

Pilot fails upgrade training at regional. Sits right seat forever and proceeds to mainline no questions asked. I guess seniority really is everything... Must be nice to have a flow.

Was thinking the same thing.. Sad. You should have to at least pass upgrade training to flow.

Just think of all the legit reserve captains puttin in the work while this guy fails the same training, sits pretty on his arse as a senior regional FO for 10 years.....and still moves up before them. Sickening.

I wonder about the future of AA's pilot group as it fills its ranks with guys like this.

Nothing says that he will pass AA's training.
