Express Jet United CPP
If this has been already discussed I apologise. My question is what happens if someone is accepted into the CPP and they get furloughed or transitioned out of the United flying? Are you still considered in the CPP or do you lose everything?

Ha ha, questions that ONLY UAL can answer with their vague/gray/one way language that is the CPP
The CPP was opened up to DFW ERJ crews, there was no discrimination. Not like it matters since there will not be any more DFW.
The CRJ side wasn't eligible for the CPP.
And unless you're above a certain seniority in the CURRENT ERJ seniority list, don't expect it to work out. Assuming you get through the abysmal "acceptance" rate.
I'm still in touch with a lot of friends there. The CPP is a bit of a joke.
But hey, it helped keep the sick call rate down last summer....

But as of a few months ago, it was a tad over 50%. And from what I hear, they're around 50% of the list on HPI send outs.
They don't "accept" A LOT of good people.

Doesn't matter, they will be down to ~ERJ's by this year's end.
