Very soon:
1. Legacy pinnacle sweater and leather coats banned.
2. Hats required.

The price for hats is a real flow or Delta CRJ-900 pay scales. If they want us to be like Delta, treat us like Delta.

Hahahaha. You think you can negotiate hats for a flow or better pay rates?

Hahahahaha. You think we should just lay down and accept whatever the company wants of us? Instead of being smart, how about you realize your own value and demand more. The regional model is a despicable excuse to pad the executives' and shareholders' pockets. We fly the same passengers on the same routes for a pittance compared to mainline with no defined way out. The quality of service we provide for the customer is no different, the licensing, training, and experience required is no different, yet we get paid less than half what they get.

Start valuing yourself a little more and demand our Union not bow to whatever the company wants. It's a different market now.

No one said you shouldn't demand more. Just, you're clueless if you think management is willing to trade hats for rates. In fact, for most carriers, what color and composition of uniforms isn't even governed under the contract...To include Delta. Does your contract say, "no hats?". If it doesn't, it isn't even negotiable. They can mandate you wear one and you'll have no say in it.

It says hats are optional so we actually do have a say

The contract does? Well there you go. Still, point stands. Trying to bargain mandatory hats for pay rates or a flow is a fool's errand and laughable...
