Add me to the list.

Sent in my resume on line, 855 total w/300 multi, 235 in the ERJ, got an email back 2 hours later saying "another candidate has been selected to fill this position". I guess the 1000 is a hard number. (Popa, did you take my spot...I guess there was only one... =) )

I think they're just having issues with the system. I know another guy who got the same email that you got, but I can tell you for positive they haven't filled all of the FO slots they have open.

So what is the best way to apply? The online app, FAX, email, snail mail...?

Are they taking another look at the applicants that were kicked back if they are "having issues with the system"?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Honestly, I couldn't tell you.
Just keep updating your stuff (after every flight! ;) ), and have faith that you'll get the call at some point.

I'd do all of the above. Persistence pays off. I had someone in the company walk my stuff in and they wouldn't touch me until I had 1500 even though I had the multi. Once I hit that it took about 3 days to get the call. They were hard on the 1500/300 (unless you were DCA) so I would expect they're probably hard on the 1000/100. Keep trying...we are definately short staffed...
