A few questions for you CHQ guys...any chance for STL right out of training?
I'm also assuming that w/the 200 and 145 signing bonus (or IOE completion bonus), if you come in w/the qualifications, thats the plane you will be put on? Is the 1000 a hard number, or with prior time in type will they waive it? Just trying to figure out if I should apply now or wait til 1000. I have 825 total, 275 multi, and 205 in the 145. Help me out, I'm looking to escape the clutches of uncle hulas...

I don't know the exact number...but it's quite low.
We went almost 18 months before we lost our first student out of the sim due to failure to progress or pass the sim check. Since then (around May, 2006), we have had more...somewhere around five at the most.
Our program has been noted for its 'train to proficiency' attitude...something left over from TWA. Almost all of our instructors are former TWA. We have been fortunate in that the parent companies have been willing to give us extra sim time (up to two periods) and this has been enough to get most folks through.

I'd really like it if you'd send me a PM letting me know how it went. I'm still praying to hear from them next week. I'll wait till after your interview to get any specifics. You need to focus!

Will do. Hey stupid question, what is a pm? Haven't used this forum much at all, been busy studying for the interview. It was pretty rough trying to get here out of dallas with only space available, wound up having to go to dfw-phx-phl-ind. Rough trip but hotel is good, got here at noon, slept and studied since then. The lady at the front desk said there were four or five other guys here for interviews with Republic. Haven't seen anybody else. Probably gonna get some grub and sleep early. Practiced a bunch on a PCATD that we have at the flight school I teach at. Hopefully it will help. Will update.

PM=personal message. To send a private message to someone. I was curious how long it took to get a call after applying. I'd like to know how much they grilled you on systems or instruments. I'm studying now but I've got a lot to cover. Ok time to get back to the grind stone!
