All pilots whine either about getting screwed one way or the other. The end result is that they wish the pilot botherhood would come together as one. Well, where's the brotherhood now?
121 vs 135 what's the differience? NONE!
FMS, Glass, 5-tube EFIS, 4-tube EFIS vs steam gauge. In the end whats the difference? NONE!

Sure maybe phantom didn't clarify himself in the beginning what his quals were. But you all were quick to judge him, and tell him to pound sand.
If he meets the hiring company's stated qualifications for street captain, and they feel he's competent. Then why shouldn't we?

6 years as an FO and you are now just looking to move on? If the Captains are only making 60K what does FO pay?

Why not try the fractionals or search for a good corporate job. Are you typed in the Lear? If so what about getting hired into a PIC position with another Lear operator.

EDIT: Just looked through your previous post and seems you've got the Fractional stuff covered. It looks like you've applied at World and Delta. While the initial pay sucks at the regional level some 121 time on the resume could only help down the road. You could probalby hold EMB captain in CA with SkyWest in under a year and RJ Captain in MKE or ORD within two.

Unless you have some uber good connections you definately need some Turbine PIC time.
