Living and cruising on a sailboat - 5000 miles in three years. Flying gliders every once in a while to see "if the houses get smaller when you pull back." Visiting children and grandchildren. Life is good.

Don't have access to a track (local high school is locked down tighter than San Quentin) but I do intervals on a treadmill at the gym.
