At ZW there is an option to defer. It pays out in 1/12 increments months 13-24. You keep what you make if you leave early but if you stay you still get it all. It is the best way to do it if you can survive first year with only the 5k bonus. The IOE 26/10k year 2/type bonus is all combined and paid in those 12 installments.

I'm sorry I don't know the airline shortcodes yet, so I don't know what zw is but I will look it up. However, the regional I chose does not do the bonus that way. Again thanks to all that have responded.

ZW is air whiskey -

Which regional are you talking about? It’s easier to give advice when it’s company specific.

I know a few people who work there. Get into training quick also I live in Boston so getting to EWR will be a piece of cake.

Got it.

I'm probably choosing a regional because of where I'll be based also and when I can start class. Good luck to you.

I have 3200ish total, 2800ish in a pc12 and 2300ish of that is pic in the pc12. All of the PC12 time was 91k for a company in the Northeast. Do I have a chance of making it to a Major prior to the two year mark once I get back at it or do I take he bonus?
Hey Chronie
