Not sure if you're saying this as a dig at Republic, or if it's a comparison. Just to clarify, Republic doesn't have ready reserve or junior manning for their pilots.

The pay out is essentially part of your base pay if you are factoring in the pay at minimum guarantee. It’s in the existing contract so it isn’t going away under the current CBA.

Yeah you're not upgrading on the 175 at XJT. Junior captain is a year 2000 hire. Could change if we get a ton more 175s, but even still it will go senior
