Also make sure you’re progressing at a fairly rapid pace to be ready for your oral and know ALL your SOP’s by sims since we only provide 8 of those including your ride. I’m assuming you were AQP and didn’t have traditional training like most of us?

An airline career is all about SELF-DISCIPLINE. There is minimum to no supervision and that’s a great thing. But if you need to be spoon feed, your hand taken to show you the way or mom/dad still calling you to make sure you’re up for work at 3am this ain’t the profession for you. If you can’t be responsible and do your part with the aid of a company issued iPad with endless amounts of resources, study guides, etc. that a lot of us didn’t have, I promise you won’t survive and it’s in your best interest to choose a different career path. But hey, maybe you’ll end up better somewhere a little slower and be flying a 73 for 30/hr.
