Yeah any regional benefits, including retirement, are not guaranteed. They change whenever the ownership or contractual circumstances change.

But with that said envoy is pretty big, it would be hard for Doug to unload them.

From what I've been told, Delta travel is terminated for the former ASA folks.
XJT just announced United travel benefits for all, including former ASA who stay for at least 12 months of service before retiring. If already retired, that doesn't help of course.
