You talk complete jibberish.
I can't make any sense out of either of those statements.
There, I'm done.

"low timers" is a term given by other "low timers" with times lower than their own. ridiculous in my opinion.
a 300 hour guy is a low timer in the eye of a 1000 hour guy
a 2500 is a low timer in the eye of a 10,000 hour guy
a 10,000 hour guy is a low timer in the eye of a 25,000 hour guy
come on guys seriously I believe a 300 hour guy or woman can do this, they just have to know what theyre getting themselves into

well she is entitled to her opinion, but i want to see factual data that says 300 hour pilots have a higher fail rate or accident rate. please present it in the form of a really long post with the important stuff in BOLD

Tell you what . . . I'll assign it to you for homework. I'll give you until next Monday to turn it in to everyone on APC.

Another characteristic of a low timer. . . . They haven't been around long enough to understand a Metaphor.

Very good . . . I'll give you a "B." However, I'd like you to expand more on your answer . . . I'll give you a hint. . . . start investigating insurance premiums . . .

They are qualified in the eyes of the FAA, but that doesn't make them ready for everything. When someone has to spend 150% of their focus and energy on JUST FLYING the plane, that can lead to problems. We as pilots have to be able to multi task and think outside the box, be ahead of the game, and have a plan b, c, and d. It is very helpful to me as a Captain when my FO can do more than just fly the plane. Why? Because he/she may not have the experience to fly the airplane through the thunderstorms that are unavoidable. He/She may not have the insight or experience with the radar to know which way to go so we don't get the crap kicked out of us. I need them to be able to enter holds into the FMS, calculate bingo fuel, understand why I'm doing what I'm doing and help me keep the lives in our hands safe.

i cant expand on the answer but i promise i will as soon as i find the information. The data will be skewed due to the recent near perfect safety record, generally speaking, of military pilots who are all "low timers." That data is published somewhere.
after filtering that data just to the airline, corporate, and GA world, Ill see what I can do. Youre right about the insurance thing, please tell me where they get their data from. Youre a very challenging teacher I may have to drop your course!
